Make smashing challenges a daily routine. Make sure you are doing. Not wondering, not talking, and not leading. History is made by those who do, Who try, who risk. Fly high. Higher and higher. If you hear your heart, you are doing it right. Failure is part of the game. Try your ideas fast, with minimum effort. Fail fast. There is no shame on failing Not trying is a shame. The most despicable shame. No one masters anything by listening lectures or fancy presentations. There is no risk there. No learning. No history. Books are not valid experiences. 99% of them are just overpriced useless boring texts enclosed on sales-driven businesses. Never go back home. Previous workplaces are not home anymore. It is just like going back to your parents house. Search for new exciting places all the time.   Never build a home. Don't create roots in places, but in actions. Meta-works are not real. Never manage. Leading is a natural consequence of what you do. Your hands-on time.   Don't negotiate, ever. You don't play this game. You don't need to. If you have to, you are not in the right place. Travel, but not as a tourist.   The world is too big, too scary too awesome.   Keep flying. Do good for others. Always. Share. Be generous. Give way more than fair deals.   You can create emotional debt,   but never collect them back. People always pay their debts, consciously or unconsciously.   Don't try to convince, defend or argue with anyone about proved or unproved beliefs. It is not worthed. Give the example. If you are right, others will follow. Forget God. If there is one, he cannot help you Religion is not about him, it is about you You decide your fate. Make him proud. Negativity is contagious. Just like laziness, boredness. You don't have time for that. Stay away.

Amazing people will be remembered forever, just like great assholes. Never follow the average. Keep yourself out of the first standard deviation. Nobody cares about what you say, what you envision, what you want for the future. People only care when you do it.   Remarkable people innovate on their own careers. They open a new path. People uselessly study them, discuss them, copy them. Nobody could predict and no one will ever do. Smart ideas are everywhere, but only few can make them happen. Just like brilliant people, most don't know how to use their brains, or are too lazy to do it.     No pain, no gain. Always choose the most dangerous and painful path. That's where the most interesting rewards are. Deals are made with actions, not with words or papers. Your word counts, others may not. Belive in someone's actions, not words. Be always crystal clear. Documents are just bureaucracy. Keep and follow your word to death. Never predict, never follow plans, and never define strategies. Predictions blind you. Be welcome to surprises and adapt yourself when they happen. If you need to think on management, you are not DOING enough. If you follow plans, you are going to loose opportunities.   There is no point on executing strategies. The true winner is the one who leaves no losers back. That is an asshole. Live the present, not the past, not the future. The past does not matter. The future does not matter. Decide and do. Never pay attention to critics. Positive or negative. Epic people cannot judge epicness Not epic people cannot judge. Don't look for a place to hide, to be free, to be amazing. Be that place. You have more awesomeness Than any place in the world. Always remember where you come from. You are not better than anyone else, on anything. So, stop reading this shit. Be it. Whatever you are doing, Just make it epic.
